Booking Conditions
Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd endeavour to ensure passengers complete satisfaction in making their holiday arrangements, however it is understood that Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd are acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make a few normal conditions, as follows:
Please be aware that Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd are acting solely as your booking agent for Airport Parking and Hotels Ltd (APH) and Holiday Extras Ltd, subject to which all bookings are accepted.
Liability:
All bookings accepted by Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the principal operator. The principals are APH and Holiday Extras. Any tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd in their capacity as Retail Agents for APH and Holiday Extras, upon the express condition that Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or any cause beyond Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd control shall be occasioned by Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd or any of its officials, agents or representatives. The total liability of Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd shall not exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any booking.
Payment:
Payment will be required as per the booking conditions of the principal operator. Any additional charge imposed by the principal to cancel the booking, will be the liability of the customer.
Amendments and Cancellations:
Booking and payment confirmation e-mail will show the name of the car park provider. Click on the respective link to the car park provider and amend or cancel booking online.

Any charges incurred from the operator become the responsibility of you the client.
Insurance:
We advise travellers to be in possession of fully comprehensive travel insurance valid for the duration of their travel. This insurance should give adequate cover against Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Baggage, Personal Effects and Money.
Visas, Vaccinations and Passports:
It is the travellerÕs responsibility to ensure that any Visas, Vaccinations required for travel are in order. Please ensure that passports are valid for a minimum of 6 months from you date of departure. Further information can be provided by the relevant government bodies at www.dh.gov.uk/home/fs/en for health and vaccination requirements and www.ukpa.gov.uk/ for visa and passport information.
Data Protection
Information taken from you is taken very seriously. We collect data in a variety of different ways and these may include any information that you send to us electronically via the internet (website) or by telephone conversation to one of our staff.
You are entitled to information pertaining to your details held on file by Alpha & Omega Corporation Ltd. If required please send an e-mail to info@justclickparking.com from the same e-mail address the booking was first made.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by you, we will only give relevant information to third parties in order to complete the transaction. This information may include (but is not restricted to) your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and credit card number.
To provide a personalised service, we may use your personal information in order to send you related information that may be of interest to you. This may be from a sister or third party company.
By giving your details to Alpha & Omega Corporation Limited, you will be enlisted onto our email newsletter/special offer distribution list to give you the added benefit of receiving further information pertaining to relevant Holidays.
Every promotional e-mail will contain an opt-out option allowing you to unsubscribe from our database.
